| Beautiful, but too short! It was nice to find out a little more about the Wyndham brothers, especially about Charles, since we don't get to know much about him in Edenbrooke. The problem was that I fell in love with Philip's voice, and suddenly the book ended. I wanted more scenes shared with Marianne, told from his point of view. Moreover, I wouldn't say no to a whole version of Edenbrooke entirely told by Philip. Nice little novella, overall, but I wish it had been longer! |
